Angry Hyena is based in Australia and your order will be dispatched from our Australian facility. Please be aware that any import fees or duties applicable in your country will be your responsibility

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 (Free on orders over $100)
Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99


Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.


International Shipping


Shipping Options & Rates:

Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on destination.
Express International Shipping (3-7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on our Order Tracking Page.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations.


Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
