Angry Hyena is based in Australia, and all orders are dispatched from our Australian facility. Please note that any import fees, customs duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 (Free for orders over $100)

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99
     

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details before placing an order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on our Order Tracking Page.
 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Certain items may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations.
     

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

 

Delivery Issues & Shipping Delays

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at angryhyenawear@gmail.com. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.

 

Order Modifications

Changes to your order (e.g., adding or removing items, changing the shipping method) can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order. To request modifications, contact us immediately at angryhyenawear@gmail.com.
