Return & Exchange Policy

Easy Returns


We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all the tags attached. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds as a portion of the payment has been allocated to charitable contributions. Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be exchanged.

 

How to Return an Item

 

Initiate a Return:

Please let us know your intention to return your item(s) by emailing us at angryhyenawear@gmail.com and provide your order number. 


Prepare Your Package:

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. 


Shipping Your Return:

We do not cover the return shipping cost for the initial item, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you. 

 

Processing Your Return:

After we receive and process your returned item, we will handle your new order within 5 business days. If you wish to check the status of your new order at any time, please contact us at angryhyenawear@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability


Damaged or Defective Items
We ensure that all items are carefully packaged and thoroughly inspected to guarantee that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at angryhyenawear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
