RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Angry Hyena, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for an exchange.
 

Please ensure that:

✅ Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

✅ All original tags are attached

🚫 Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be exchanged

 

We do not offer refunds, as a portion of each payment is allocated to charitable contributions.

 

How to Return an Item

 

1. Initiate Your Return

Email us at angryhyenawear@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.
 

2. Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

 

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.

 

4. Processing Your Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your new order will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

We take great care in packaging and inspecting each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

 

1️⃣ Contact us within 7 days of delivery at angryhyenawear@gmail.com

2️⃣ Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

3️⃣ We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
